Information about the month of Shevat

We had entered the Hebrew Month of Shevat

What is Shevat? 1) 11th month of the 12 months according to the Hebrew calendar

2) Linked with Tribe Asher stands for Pleasure, Happiness, Fatness and be aware of the delicacies of the king – Look at the book of Daniel – do not be deceived by the world or people offering things that looks great and what is harts desire – Need to be like Daniel – fast and gets Gods insight and discernment during this month

                                3) This is the time to reconnect with your trees – Look at Psalm One. Ask one self – What type of tree am I? What trees did I plant? How does the roots look? Where does the tree gets is water from? Is it healthy trees and fruit full trees?

4) This is a month to shout out “My blessings are on the way” but we need to make sure we are in Gods timing and that God gives the water!!

 

So during this month keep on making sure where are you getting your water from? Who is doing the pruning of the tree? What type of fruit are you bearing???

 

Mediate of Gods word especially

Psalm 1:3 They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.

 

Psalm 1:2 But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night.

 

Psalm 92:13 But the godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. 13 For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God. 14 Even in old age they will still produce fruit;

they will remain vital and green. 15 They will declare, “The Lord is just! He is my rock! There is no evil in him!

 

Jeremiah 1:11-12 Then the Lord said to me, “Look, Jeremiah! What do you see?”

And I replied, “I see a branch from an almond tree.” 12 And the Lord said, “That’s right, and it means that I am watching,[a] and I will certainly carry out all my plans.”

 

Ezekiel 17:5-6 He also took a seedling from the land and planted it in fertile soil.

He placed it beside a broad river, where it could grow like a willow tree.

6 it took root there and grew into a low, spreading vine. Its branches turned up toward the eagle, and its roots grew down into the ground. It produced strong branches and put out shoots.

 

Psalms 52:8 But I am like an olive tree, thriving in the house of God. I will always trust in God’s unfailing love.

Isaiah 44:4 They will thrive like watered grass, like willows on a riverbank.
